SHINE-Community Development Corporation (S.H.I.N.E.-CDC) is the non-profit arm of Victory Grace Center. S.H.I.N.E means to Share Hope In Negative Experiences. It is aligned to support our mission to make a difference in the lives of others, while also bringing awareness to our community development corporation. The projects, programming and community development efforts of S.H.I.N.E. impact individuals of all ages and walks of life.
The SHINE Community Development Corporation (S.H.I.N.E.-CDC), a Maryland State Registered 501(C)3 non-profit organization, was founded by Dr. Jasmin Sculark and established in 2017. S.H.I.N.E.-CDC is governed by an Executive Team that includes corporate, political, and community representation. The overall goal is to build and revitalize the communities through innovative pathways through mentorships, employment, and economic opportunities.
