The S.H.I.N.E.-CDC Outreach Program provides goods and services to any population who might not otherwise have access to these services. The purpose of this program is to reach individuals who are outside of the church, with a perspective that there are resources that can help when needed. We serve as the focal point to aid in outreach priorities, establish measurable goals, and develop strategies and action plans consistent with the plan.
